Patient Experience

Experience Modern Dentistry at Luxe Dental Group:

Our vision is to deliver world class dentistry in a fresh and remarkable way, with the focus being an incredible patient experience.

Founded in 2015, Luxe Dental Group is Atlantic Canada’s only official DSD (Digital Smile Design) clinic, and offers all types of general dentistry, with an added benefit of expertise in the areas of cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign®, Sleep Apnea and Snoring, and TMD/TMJ treatments.

At Luxe, you will enjoy a spa like sensory-friendly environment where you will be greeted by a team of passionate and collaborative dental professionals.

Our goal is to provide every patient with an exceptionally positive experience where they feel relaxed and heard.

There are 2 main ways to become a new patient:

1. General Care: we book you for a Comprehensive Exam (New Patient Experience) with photos, x-rays and with the option for routine hygiene therapy.

2. Specific Care: we book a specific consult or exam (Express Consult) for services such as Cosmetic, Invisalign Treatments, Snoring/OSA, TMD/TMJ, paediatric hospital care, emergency pain/problems.

The Comprehensive (General Care) Exam

Includes 6 health screenings, a complete digital oral health scan (digital impressions in 3D that you can see and interact with), a customized series of x rays, inside and outside the mouth photographs, a ‘bib off’ face-to-face communication with our hygienist and dentist reviewing and helping you decide what would best suit your goals.

We spend a up to 1.5 hours with you and we make sure you leave understanding everything your need to know to have the best dental health. The fee for this is ~$450.

The Express Consult

Includes a detailed exam, focused on smile design and a detailed analysis of your whole smile and bite. It will include a detailed exam and conversation with me and my assistant, any necessary radiographs, smile analysis photos, a 3D digital impression scan, a smile mock up or preview of your future smile, and a total treatment plan that will address all of your concerns. All this takes about 1 hour and we make sure you leave feeling very excited and educated. The fee for this is $250.

Once we get to know you and your oral health goals, we combine what we see from our clinical and digital exams, to help answer any other questions you may have. Communication is key and we really want you to feel included and comfortable.

From there we make sure we create subsequent appointments that follows your very own customized and consented treatment plan that you will be excited about.
